One of the things I’ve found really helpful since I’ve been on this journey are all of the different websites chocked full of inspiration.
I won’t admit how many hours I’ve spent reading other people’s stories, finding new recipes, researching different fueling strategies for races, and on and on and on.

Hi Ruthanne! I stumbled across your blog a few days ago and it has been such an inspiration to me! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have three little ones – 4, 2.5 & 1 – so finding time to get back into running has been hard to say the least. I have finally done it and ran 6km the other day without stopping! My next goal is a 10km race and I would love to do a half marathon next year. Thank you from a mummy in Australia!
