Against my better judgement (::snort::), beginning Monday I’m going to join in with many others who are participating in the 31 Days series hosted by The Nester.
I have a long list of things that have been brewing in my heart and mind; however, my list hasn’t quite reached 31 yet.
I’m looking for some questions from y’all. Is there anything you would like us to talk about during the month of October?
P. S. If you would feel more comfortable e-mailing your question to me instead of leaving it in a comment, that’s totally fine.
P. P. S. In completely unrelated news, have y’all seen this commercial with Jack Bauer baking cupcakes? I will not admit to how many times I’ve watched it now.

I love this! I just sat down last night and made a list of all the things I want to better about myself in October. My goal is to eat clean and run a mile every single day.
I would love to see more about your pre / post prep for your runs. Energy you use to fuel the long runs.
1. How to cook for a family/guests when you’re watching your weight.
2. Pushing through set-backs and obstacles.
3. Best low cal/low fat snacks.
4. Favorite active wear.
5. Plateaus and how to beat them.
Just a couple of ideas! ; )
I’m really excited about this, Ruthanne!
Beginner runner… aches and pains… how to know when to push on and when to rest
love it! look forward to hearing some running tips. I’ve got a 10K in 10 days and maybe an 8K early november. Loving my runs in this weather. I’ve done a lot of health related writing the past couple weeks, but during the 31 days I’m posting my novella. The main character is a runner, though, so there’s that. : )
Woohoo!!! I would love to see healthy recipes you use that are kid friendly. I would love to know beginner runner tips from technique to motivation. And, I would love to know better time management ideas to help keep a healthy life. Excited about this serious no matter what you decide to blog about!
Yay! This is going to be good. ; ) I’m researching clothing for running in freezing weather this winter. How are you planning for frigidness? Any tips on great gear purchases. I’m scared that I’m going to either be the walking sleeping bag with too much on because I hate being cold or “the stripper” tearing everything off mile by mile bc I put too much on. LOL I’d love to know your thoughts on clothing gear for this. LOVE Ya!
How to not fall of the running wagon during the cold winter days. My plan is to sign up for at least one race a month from now until March. I’m hoping for a not so snowy winter here in the northeast just so I don’t have to do my runs on the dreadmill.
Also maybe something on how to conquer hills when running, by biggest nemesis!
Looking forward to this! Your posts are always an encouragement. Good luck w/ your race this weekend!
